Trial of the Sekhemas Bug - Relic Effects Completely Negated With Shattered Shield Affliction

After searching through other bug reports, I don't think I have seen this one yet.

When you receive the Shattered Shield affliction that prevents you from having energy shield, the affliction also strips all of your relic effects. Normal hits with 75% honour resistance also felt like you had 0 resistance, so it affects both max honour and honour resistance. I did not run into any vendors to confirm if it reduced my total amount of items sold as I have relics that have 8 extra merchant items sold.

In a previous instance where this occurred, I also had just received the Shattered Shield affliction. I saved and left my trial, came back in and was still had reduced honour without an honour debuff. I later found a pledge that removed Shattered Shield and it restored my honour to the correct number. This presumably also fixed the honour resistance being negated too

Base Honour I have 6062 with all of my relics, but as soon as that affliction is applied it drops to 2686.
