Hammer of the gods bug

I have a Hammer of the Gods gem that says, "This information is currently unavailable," when it is equipped, and I can't use it. But I made a second HOTG, and now the problem is not there. This bug occurred when I tried to equip myself with new gear and get my strength stat back to the required amount to use my weapons. I still had enough to use the skill, though. I'll link the gem to see if it helps.

I had this happen to another ability, Perfect Strike. It says the same thing as the HOTG, but the bug occurred when I leveled the gem from level 14 to level 15.

Ignore the previous reports. The bug comes from the game not correctly stating that I did not have the strength to use my body armor, which would then brick the skill. The corrected bug report is that I was not told why I could not use the skill and that I could still use the gear despite the lack of strength when weapon swapping.
