Ice Strike Monk - Damage stats for ring? (Ele/Phys on Atk vs Increased % dmg)

I'm currently using an Ice Strike Monk (lv8x). I'm looking to upgrade my rings but unsure what damage stats I should be looking for.

Should I try to find:
- # Phys to Attack
- # Cold/Lightning to Attack

or

- Increased % Cold damage

or

both?

+X% Increased Damage is easily obtained from Passive Tree
+X Flat Damage is not so it is way more desirable to get IMO

If i had to look for the best ring for my Cold Invoker it would be something like this :

Breach Ring ( 50% max quality )
+X% Rarity
+X% Rarity
+Mana or even better X% of Phys Dmg leech as Mana
+X Flat Cold Damage
+X% to All Res
+X% to Cold Res

Then you reach 50% quality with Cold which will improve Cold Damage , Cold Res and also All Res .
