Support Pack - Merch

Hello,


For those of you who purchased the highest tier support pack, how does one go about getting the items mailed to them? It's been an entire month with no response from GGG. I get they were away for a bit but dropping 500 bucks and not getting help or direction does not feel great.

Same here. Ordered supporter pack on Dec 14. It's been over a month. No communication at all and haven't received the items.

A pinned post somewhere would be a step in the right direction if they're swamped; but no communication at all sucks.

Same here! Still waiting for the merch. I purchased the Warlord of the Karui Supporter. And support is not responding to my emails. Not sure whats going on.
