Cannot do my 3rd ascendancy run on Trials of Chaos

I have Inscribed Ultimatums, levels 60, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, and 68, and none of them say they will grant additional ascendancy points.

You need an inscribed ultimatum of ilvl 75 for it to have the 10 trials, which is what you need to complete to get your ascendancy.

u got ultimatum 3rd asc point(5-6) only if it has 10 trials. 4th(7-8) only after defeating gachimaster himself.
