Game crash mid Xesht fight

Game crashes mid xesht fights causing me to lose access to twisted domain and lose the breachstone. Seems to occur during his attack phase where hands begin to come out of the ground. No error messages, game just freezes and exits. This has occurred twice for me now in tier 3, making it extremely annoying to have to re-farm 300 shards to attempt the fights.

Same... game is crashing 2-3 times per hour... crashed during Xesht fight and no refund... please fix this broken game...
