Legacy of the vaal

Anyone know how to fix this issue with legacy of the vaal quest? This is the third character ive leveled to end game but the only one im having this issue with. The quest is still listing me as needing to speak to doryani and wont complete. Ive tried to switch servers, and instances with control clicking the end game area however im still unable to get this quest to clear. Any suggestions?

Anything on this? I’m stuck on my second character too.
