weapons Modifiers not working on sorceress....

Ok. So I know this has gone thru multiple revisions as I've tested but I think i found the bug.

Long story short, when using a Controller, with the controller overlay.
When I swap my Weapon & Focus for another, the Modifiers changes would not change & it would apper like nothing was changing in my stat's.
It was showing the weapon ability in my skills tho.

On a hunch I decided to see what happens if using keyboard/mouse.
Low & behind, for some reason that worked or did the trick.
And now it's doing what it's supposed too.

I don't know what happend or why, & I've changed this post to reflect solving the problem or at least finding the culprit. I don't know hownto delete this, so I'm just making this change haha.
