Help with merging accounts

I need help in merging an old POE1 account with my current steam account that I use for POE2. My accounts are linked. I wanted to transfer my microtransactions from my old account to my steam account and then close the old account. I've contacted GGG support via email on Dec 20, 2024 and someone replied on January 1, 2025 asking for account details, which I've provided. I haven't heard back from support since then (over two weeks now). Could someone please help me with my issues?

Been e-mailing for 40 days now for roughly same request; Seen people that have been trying to get support since launch day that still haven't gotten resolution. Wouldn't hold your breath, brother.
