HELP ME! Ancient Vows in Hard Act 2

I encountered a problem with Ancient Vows in Hard Act 2

I'm used to doing various quests from Poe1. That was after I got the Ancient Vows quest item.
I clicked on the quest item ceremonial altar. Thinking that the quest is finished.
I forgot that we had to manually open the inventory and put in the quest items.

And think that the quest items are still with me. Because it is a repeat quest from Act 2.
And now it's hard act 2. Maybe this quest will cannot be repeated. I threw those quest items on the ground.

And continue playing until Hard Act 3. When I completed the Venom Vial quest in Hard Act 3.
I remembered the actual quest method for the Ancient Vows quest.
I tried to return to both maps that dropped the Ancient Vows quest items. But it doesn't drop anymore. I'm thinking about the Venom Vial quest, which even if repeated in Hard Act gives new rewards. I'm currently unable to complete the Ancient Vows quest on Hard Act 2, and I don't know if there's a new reward or not for repeating this quest.

If anyone knows how to solve the problem, please help me.

me too, i cant hunt the moon clan relic anymore, i think i dropped it somewhere too...
