?????????????? WHERE IS SUPPORT ?????????????

This has gotten absolutely INSANE to think a company can possibly get away with absolutely horrid support and the only way of any type of assistance is email(with zero status).

My friend needs a refund as he mistakeningly purchased early access via PoE website when he only has a playstation to play on. So he and I both emailed support back at the beginning of December to get assistance with this and never heard a single word back from them, since then we have both emailed them several times all resulting in the same thing, NO HELP FROM SUPPORT, NO REPLY, NOTHING.

It has been nearly 2 months now, how the hell are we supposed to get help here? forums suck ass and no help, email support, sucks ass no help.

WTF?! This is dogshit blizzard quality. WHERE THE HELL ARE YOUR SUPPORT TECHS AT???? Do you have 2 guys that handle emails that come into your support email?

You think they care brother? We all who need support have been crying since launch, on the forums we get the same copy pasted message, and support nowhere to be seen.

You used to geniuenly have best customer support next to GW2, but since POE2 it's been a nightmare.

I am waiting 1,5months to resolve getting t-shirt with my 160$ pack upgrade, sent a reminder month ago with all of the info including me asking for a shipping estimate and sizing chart, both questions were ignored, instead staff just asked to provide the size(which, again, without a chart is kinda dumb) and commit to upgrade. It's not just the time of wait, it's also tonedeaf response.

You've been handling large amount of requests since the PoE2 release stream. I think 3 months should be enough to stabilize even if you underprepared for the increased traffic, meanwhile things seem to be getting worse. Maybe instead of leaving people hanging it would be good time to consider expanding CS crew for a season? Cause we got from mins to hours of waiting time and amazing, understanding staff to multiple people waiting for weeks for any message back from support and getting halfassed treatment once they do.

All they are doing right now is updating the forum posts with the same canned ass response to make it look like they are actively responding.

The problem is their email support absolutely is fucking garbage, sorry for the language. But this is next level trash support, [Removed by Support] I don't know if it's internal people or some outside company.

If his PlayStation account is not linked to the account he made the purchase on contact Xsolla support for the refund and quote your purchase IDs and just say GGG have been unresponsive to support requests or contact bank for a chargeback as it's the only options you really have with GGG's current support system.
