Endless Blizzard Passive Broken. No Damage Increase to Cold Skills.

"Endless Blizzard" (EB) is supposed to add +1 level to all cold spells.
Make sure to check the damage and level of all cold skills before applying the EB passive skill. After applying EB all cold skills show they have been increased by 1 level, but the damage does NOT increase. Last bumped on Jan 16, 2025, 11:37:28 AM

Try going to another zone to see if it corrects itself. I've noticed that sometimes the gem screen doesn't update correctly.
