Day #41 of support not helping me with my coins I purchase...
This is completely out of hand now, I don't want the typical "we are catching up" copy and paste, my support ticket was sent the day EA came out 12/6 and I have sent 5 emails since.
I have included both accounts I had My EA went to this account and have a lvl95 witch My coins went to my POE1 account Screenshots showing this My order confirmation showing my email/paid for EA with 300 coins So I can either continue to send emails asking for an update do nothing at all and have my coins i paid for go to waste I don't understand how terrible GGG customer support has been, I am not alone you can easily see dozens of people with the same exact issue, clearly this was a problem, why not take the 2mins to just transfer the coins and clean up those tickets rather than having those people sending more and more emails to support asking for updates? You are not alone OP. Now day 40 (!) from my initial e-mail request to get my early supporter perks merged with my account. I follow up once a week, merely hoping (praying?) that a human acknowledges that my e-mail exists and there my ticket in the queue.
Crickets... For a game that launched with this much fanfare it's crazy to me that they don't even have a bot that, at a minimum, responds to your e-mail to just let me know it's been received and may take a few weeks (months at this rate?) to process. Not even asking for position in queue, but that seems like a quick win given the long wait times. Probably could even get a motivated community member to develop the bot for them. Hopefully one day we can all laugh at how bad the CX has been. |
