Points were missing after donating to my guild

My game crashed after donating some points to my guild. After I re-open the game, the points were already gone.

Guild points must be accepted by the guild leader on the website in order to be applied to your guild's balance. The page for Path of Exile 2 guild leaders to accept points is here.
