Anyway to get a refund on my cosmetic wings?

Hey, sorry im new to this type of game and forums in general so i dont know if i am doing this right, but is there anyway i can get a refund on what i spent my points on? I don't like how the wings clip through my hair, and i have kept them unequipped ever since i bought them due to this. I am also aware now that there are better things to spend the points on. I did send a email to support? i think? but i also want to make a post here just to be sure. I am very much enjoying my time with the game thus far btw!
