Dark Effigy skill gem Quality not working.

Hello!

This is not new from 0.1.1 and has been going on for at least the prior patch.

Dark Effigy Quality reads (at 20%): 50% chance to inflict withered for 2 seconds on Hit.

This is simply not working. I've tested multiple times and can identify:

1. The withered chance does not show on the skill tooltip. (For example, adding withered support gem does show 100% chance to wither on hit).

2. Removing the withered support and testing on a rare in some map, where the Effigy bombards it for 10-20 volleys, I can confirm it does not apply any stack of withered.


Please, address this in a future patch, as it's not game-breaking, but an important feature of the quality of this gem on a chaos centric damage build.

I went in and did further testing of some other things Dark Effigy related, which also seem bugged.

I'll list them.

1. Concentrated Effect support gem does not increase the damage of the Effigy Projectiles, but it does reduce the AoE of the explosion.
Since the effigy has AoE tag, I believe both the damage and the radius should be affected, and not just the radius.

Without concentrated effect:

It should either affect both stats of the skill, or none of them I believe.

2. Multiple poisons don't count as multiple debuffs for projectile count of Dark Effigy.
I am unsure as of how this should work, but i believe it should count each stack of poison on an enemy as an independent debuff for the reasons of firing projectiles.

Currently, with up to 3 poisons applied to an enemy, using Snakebite Gloves and Commorbidity support, the Effigy only shoots 1 projectile per cast to that enemy which has 3 poisons.

I'm not sure if this is the intended way for it to work, but i believe it should count towards more projectiles.

I'm going to hate myself for this later, but one more to the pile for Dark Effigy:

Extraction Support doesn't work with it. Or rather, it gives the damage bonus, but doesn't sacrifice life on cast (either yours, or the totems). I haven't logged in to the character in a couple of weeks though, so maybe it's already fixed?
