"You do not have the required quest state" after dying during boss fight

I was fighting Rathbreaker in Normal Act 2, and died. When I click the Resurrect at Checkpoint button, it just tells me "You do not have the required quest state". I also tried using the Respawn At Checkpoint button and received the same message.
I exited to Character Selection, and logged right back in and it put me at the Checkpoint right before the fight.

Edit: I logged back in this morning (1/17/25), and I was still at the checkpoint right before Rathbreaker.

This also happened to me today.

i am also encountering this issue on PC.

Same issue today post 0.1.1. I'm having to exit to the login screen to get back into the game. The game then spawns me at the checkpoint before the boss arena. On PC.

My friend and I encountered this bug today. It's really bad, must exit to character selection (complete reboot if on console) and then after you do so the instance is bugged, and you cannot join back together again for co-op.

So to play together we had to restart the entire area/instance, and this bug happened every single time we died to Rathbreaker. To make it even worse, the only way to fix the bug was to go to Clearfell and travel to Act 2 again through the Hooded One.

Please fix ASAP this is extremely game breaking. My friend almost quit for the night because of it.

I am having the same issue in act 2. Still no fix?
