[PoE 2] Broken atlas - still no citadels after patch 0.1.1

Hi, it seems my atlas is somewhat bugged because it doesn't show any citadels.
I have quests to obtain key fragments but it's impossible to progress because of the "spawning" problem.


If someone could check/reset or fix my atlas it would be great because creating new character does not resolve the problem and I do not plan to play on SSF league yet.

I also have no citadels been playing same character for almost 14 full days have uncovered a massive amount of map and no citadels anywhere no matter how far I travel, its starting to spoil the game for me a bit now :(
