PC Crash load screen - in map

Hello,
Before the patch I had "some" (10+ a day) crash. I managed to remove UC0 and 1 from the process to crash just poe and not the PC. But now, after the patch, in 1 hour I got 5 crash, and it restart my pc 2 times... ( even with ucs removed). Can you please send me the program to install for giving you the feedback as you mention in the interview ? I crash in map and not just in load screen. Thanks. Last bumped on Jan 24, 2025, 1:41:46 PM

After quite a few crashes, hard reboot and so on... My PC finished and blue screens appeared.
I did a new installation on W11 PRO 24h2, same thing. I installed again a few days later on W11 PRO 23h2 and... the SAME! AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor 3.79 GHz 32,0 Go RAM I asked for the software to send them the logs they mentioned in the interview, no answer. I asked for a commercial gesture by email to customer service, no answer. |

Ti today i crashes during loading screen from time to time. Now my game just shut down right after 14-20 sec after i log in to hideout every time.
