The Devourer Bug

Fighting The Devourer on a new Warrior, when he killed me by slamming down with his poison the game froze. I could still hear sound (aka wind) and see animations from my dead body. I could even open/close the big map from the mini map. However, I could not revive at a checkpoint. Also The Devourer is not moving around he is frozen with me.

I encountered the same issue a few times with my new monk. The first time I died to it, the game was fine, and I could respawn as normal. After dying on my second attempt, it froze. Alt+F4, started the game again, died to the Devourer again, and the game froze again.
