Please Change How Detailed Item Descriptions are Viewed after 0.1.1.

Please make viewing the detailed item description in your stash a toggleable button in the games options menu.

The current method of viewing this information is not only clunky but painful for us games who suffer with joint pain. Not to mention it is needlessly time consuming. We shouldn't have to click the right thumbtack and then hold down the left thumbstick just to view information on a single item. This information should just be available at a glance with no button presses.

To clarify I am talking about the ability to see the Item Level and stat ranges for Attributes.

Currently on Xbox in order to view the detailed item description (temporality) on a single item in your stash you must first click the right thumbstick to bring up the comparison windows and then hold down the left thumbstick. Incidentally, if you instead just hold down the left thumbstick the detailed descriptions pop up for just a second but are quickly replaced by a search field screen and keyboard. The later method is a holdover from the patch that added the search feature. Before then, that had been the method for brining up the detailed item description.


Again, please just make viewing detailed item descriptions a toggleable button in the options menu.

If you are still interested in having an in-game method for viewing or hiding this information please just make it a button press that forces detailed item descriptions to stay ON permanently or OFF permanently for ALL items. Currently a player has to press one button then hold another for each item they want to view detailed information about. This a waste of the players time. It dramatically slows down a players ability to quickly sort through their items, make inventory decisions, and get back into the fight. It may seem like a minor issue but it adds up over time.

Is it just me or is the new way to see tiers on items totally counter-intuitive?? You have to hold down left thumb stick and even then before the patch I could easily see prefix/suffix details on the associated tier....now I can't even see that

Suggestion: Revert change back to old way without having to require left thumbstick....I can't read descriptions of certain affixes if I have to hold down left thumbstick....

Worked fine before the patch, just one button press to see the detailed information of an item. please revert.

Really cumbersome. If you're going to keep this functionality, please at least bind it to a different button (or combination of buttons) so that the search keyboard doesn't keep popping up.
