Unable to Trade

I am getting an error when trying to whisper someone for trade. Invalid Query - Your account must be in-game to use this feature. I think this is because I have two accounts. I purchased on PS5 and then later on PC. After the purchase is when I started receiving this error.

I emailed support@grindinggear.com on Jan 11th, since I had seen several forum posts and emailing support is the usual response, but still haven't heard back about it and still having the issue.
