LOSING FREE 2 ATLAS SKILL TREE POINTS

I just defeated the first boss with a level 15 Waystone, and it gave me a book to gain 2 free points in the Atlas Skill Tree. However, when I redeemed it, I didn’t receive any of the points.

I just lost 2 skill point from the atlas, my inventory was full when I complete the quest and they didn't give me the book after talking to Doryani. Please help T_T
