Please help me unlock my account

On December 27th, my POE2 account was hacked, and all my gear and currency were stolen. That same day, I sent an email to GGG Support explaining the situation. After that, I removed all third-party plugins and changed my password daily.

I then continued playing as usual for half a month until last Saturday (January 11th), when I received a reply from GGG. They expressed their regret and, for the security of my account, locked it! They asked me to submit an appeal via email to unlock my account.

However, since Saturday, I have been sending emails every day, but GGG Support has completely ignored me.

Please help me unlock my account—I really have no other options left, which is why I created a new account to report this issue here. I really want to continue playing POE2!!!

I have already sent more than a dozen emails, but it has been a week now, and I still haven’t received any response. I hope you can help coordinate this issue. I would really appreciate it—I truly want to continue playing POE2!
