Skill Quality previews missing

Since the patch I'm unable to see what adding quality to a skill will change (previously was visible when pressing the button for "Info" on the skill).

Adding my vote to this. Using a controller from Steam, the skill quality effects do not show up in the R3 detail view for a skill. This functionality was present prior to the patch. It works fine using the M&KB but have to back out to switch.
