Loading to a different zone disconnects - always in the evening

Every day from around 730PM to maybe around 11PM I get disconnected whenever I portal or use a waypoint. It's always the same block of time, which is odd. I don't seem to have any obvious internet issues, as everything else works fine. This is on the US east. Tried a couple of other servers but same thing happens. Anyone run into this?

I have a friend this exact same thing is happening to as well. He is also on Eastern Time and is is the same time, only in the evening. When he is on on the morning, no problems.

That's so odd. Yeah, I don't get any disconnects at all outside of that time block. It just started maybe a week or so ago, and it's really annoying. Hopefully they can look into it
