Considered Casting does on work on Meta gems after patch

I tested this with Cast on Shock -> Lightning Conduit
Few friends tried it with different "Cast on" triggers and spells. It doesn't change the tool tip of the supported spell anymore after patch and it also doesn't seem to add the damage while playing (it doesn't seem to be just a visual bug).

Same here. Concentrated Effect on CoS + Lightning Conduit isn't working either.

Yep, I have the same issue as well. Doesn't work with any skills on Metagems.
