Solved - 22/24 SKILL POINTS-IVE DONE ALL THE QUEST....

Edit- I did them all and everything was grayed out like the quest were completed. but the skill book was just chilling in unas pocket. so if youre missing points and the the all the +2 quest are grayed out check all the quest givers for the yellow text.

This is my 6th playthrough i know all the locations for +2 skill points. All of the locations are grayed/X'ed out but i only have 22 out of 24.

act 3 cruel there is a white skull with a +

the bog witch? that i already killed i have 100 spirt.

una and crowbell +4
act 2
keth and Deshar letter +4
act 3
Big boy ape and Heart +4
on Cruel you do it again for another +12 to make 24 and all are marked off and i only have 22. the other random skulls dont do anything for skill points.

i would guess it's any of the quest that don't say GRANTS TWO WEAPON SET PASSIVE SKILL POINTS that has bugged then.

for example my Monkey has the text when it was completed

Non of my other toons have the +2 text on the monkey but they all have the points. im lost on if i did have them at one point and they just went poof after respecing at some point. this is the only character ive respeced a bunch of times.
while leveling i clicked the books and put the points in the second i got them.

Make sure youve talked to the NPCs in town and received the quest rewards. Some od them arent as simple as just killing the mob.

Good call! It was the Una holding the book... Devs a lil UI showing you never collected the reward or not have the quest grayed out if you never collected the reward. would of saved me a few hours of this headache lol
