Can't run Steppes : CTD on loading

I can't run the Steppes map, the game crash on loading...

I tested different locations & waystone, it's the same : Steppes is a wall and make my client crash :x

(No problem before the patch with Steppes, but i was touched by the 24H2 issue and at least, my PC doesnt seem to crash to hard reboot anymore)

I still have this issues despite multiples patch since i wrote the post.
Vulkan & POEUncrasher changes nothing
