Coming back after 7 years, question about 2 legacy shields.

Hi everyone, I’ve been away from the game for quite some time due to life stuff, and I had a question about these 2 shields. I was looking on the trade site trying to find more gear with the “reduced damage taken from DoT” mod, and there isn’t a lot of gear with these mods. It seems it’s only on some shields, and as an implicit mod on some amulets I saw. Was this mod removed, or was the mechanic changed to some other name? TIA!

It's an older crafting bench mod. Other occurences of the same mod can be found in a few masteries.
