Monster infinite spawn in maps

Running a T14 map in X map. Encountered a shrine, bopped it, exploded screen ( I'm monk ) then a pack of XYZ monsters with the minion modifier continued to infinitely spawn over and over. One of the monsters dropped a vaal orb then I realized this is a potential exploit. GGG I have video of the spawn if you'd like to go further and I have the map name but haven't included it in post.
