How to see quality imptovements on skills on Xbox since new Patch Release?

How can I see the quality imptovements on skills on an Xbox controller since the new Patch Release?

Before the Patch Realease of today, january 17, I could check the quality improvement on skills by pressing the left stick.
Since the new patch release this doesnt work anymore.

This drives me nuts! Does anyone know how this works now?
