Menu bar on bottom of screen cut off

Hi —

I am playing on a PS5. The Menu bar that is usually shown when interacting with a merchant, or for example on the map screen — the one placed on the center bottom location of the TV is cut off for me. To be honest, I think it is also the menu bar of the character menu (the one on top of the screen showing my player name, and the „Options Menu“ (cut on the left side)

Adjusting the „Save Area“ via the General Options tab does not help, as this menu bar is not affected by it.
I also tried to change the PlayStation 5 „Display Area“ via Settings/Screen and Video/Adjust Display Area, but this results in the menu bar being cut off even more to the point of vanishing completely if the Display area height is too small.

It would be great if this could be changed.

Had a problem with the game resizing the UI bigger than my screen too.

Try this, Log out of Poe2. Log into another game. Go back to PoE2. Was only way i could fix it.

Nothing works to fix it ,it's been like this for me since launch. Everything else on the planet fits my TV just fine, even POE1.

I have an (hopefully) valuable insight for any support staff reading my initial thread. At home my TV is about 48 inch and the menu bar(s) are cut off. Yesterday I brought my PS5 to my friends house and tested POE2 on his 70 inch TV — and there the menus weren't cut off.

So the problem could be related to the width/height of the TV itself — maybe an optimisation issue.

Not sure how helpful this is, but I wanted to give more information to the situation.

EDIT Jan22: I also tested all available display resolutions of my tv, trying to see if I could fix the issue that way, but it did not work — mostly because my TV has only limited options.
