Account recovery - no response from support email

Hi,
I've raised the ticket on 6 December, and the last response I had was on 23 January. I understand that you are dealing with a lot of requestes, but this is just unreasonable. It is concerning account recovery, and had I not decided to go with a new account I would be unable to enjoy poe 2 at all to this date. But even with the new account I do not feel like getting back to try new patches out makes any sense given that I am not on my account which I was building on for about 10 years, with 1k+ hours involved in. Please get back to me on this. |
