Bug Report ID: #571479093: Quest-Completion broken between Act 1 and 2

Hi

TLDR: Character is stuck in progression with invalid questprogress. Propably the final quest of act 1 didnt complete properly.

Character: Saryadaw, Level 18 Monk
Game: PoE2 Early Access
Mode: Standard

Long version: Finished Act 1 moved to Act two after the cutscene. I could start Quests in Act 2, but when I die, I get the message "You do not have the required quest state" when I try to resurrect at checkpoint. The "respawn at checkpoint"-option of the main menu does nothing. I can exit to character select and start again to revive myself. When I die again i get the same problem.
Quest progress is stopped after going back to camp to finish the quest of defeating "Rathbreaker".
Apperently the act 1 Quest didnt properly complete. I still have the questmarker in act 1 "The mad wolf of Ogham", when I go back there i can still talk to "The hodded one" and get the cutscene. When i arrive in act 2 I still cant resurrect and the only quest on the map is still the final one in act 1.
Dying and reviving in act 1 still works just fine.

Same problem here.

I am also having this issue on my monk, very annoying.

Progress was fixed for me when i logged in again with version 0.1.1b
I had no open Quest in Act1 and i resurrect again after dying.
