Can not get to Trial of Sekhemas

Hi,

I can not to the Trial of Sekhemas Zone.
Neither in Act2 Normal or Act2 Cruel.

I killed Balbala picked up the quest item, i then later dropped the item on the ground in the same zone and let the area.

Now i can not get to the Trial Zone and Balbala does not drop the quest item a second time.

I tried different Instances Servers, tried a friend going to trial an porting there cant because "not the correct Quest stage".

I then played to act2 cruel and still cant even get to the zone.

Maybe someone else has the same bug/problem or a fix for the issue.
Meanwhile i guess i have to ascend via ultimatum.

Same issue here, any solution?
