Everlasting Gaze Does not increase with defense catalysts

Hi,

There is no Catalyst that increases Gain x% of maximum mana as extra maximum ES. The two possible would seem to be mana or defense. Tried both, then looked on PoE2 DB, and they believe it should scale with defense tag.

Can this be confirmed if its a bug and needs to scale with defense tag?
