Cannot complete Act 3 Cruel Quest: Ignagduk, The Bog Witch

I've killed her at least 3 times just now, and I don't get any rewards.

~~PoB is telling me I'm missing 2 skill points, there's no other quests that are missing, this is the only one.~~

I messed up on PoB. Nevermind that part.

I probably already have the reward, it's probably just the map that's bugged and not showing it's completed.
