performance problems after 0.1.1

I used to get 90-110 fps on medium settings but after the update 0.1.1 it's stuck at 20-25. I didn't have any problems before the update. I tried dx11 I got 100 fps but when I start moving it stutters and drops back to 20 fps. I tried restarting my PC, verifying files, reinstalling the game, and deleting cache files, but nothing worked. The GPU is at 99% usage rate. I tried multiple other games and they all run fine something went wrong with the latest update.

i7-9700k - RTX 4070ti - 32gm ram.

You are Not Alone. I do not have the RTX 4090, I have the RTX 3080, same issues. stuttering and FPS drag, its terrible.

I have attempted every bloody thing I have seen suggested to get better
performance. Its just not there.
