Atlas Map is messed up after patch 0.1.1

After recent patch my atlas map is messed up. See Video.
I have approx 350+ hours so I did a whole lot more maps. Also before the patch I had 3 uncovered but not yet attempted citadels. After the patch it showed one of them as done and the other 2 were missing. Now not even the parts shown yesterday are there.

After a relog the map seems to be connected but still, the citadels are gone and still shows one as completed which definetly was not completed.
