Ingenuity Utility Belt does not work with Demon form

When using Ingenuity Utility Belt with Ming's Heart rings, you HP get's reduced on UI, but demon form % drain drains your HP based on your max HP without the Belt equipped. So even if you get low hp with the belt, it does not count.
