Jiquani's Machinarium - No small soul core spawns in the first area meaning you cannot progress.

This is my first campaign run-through after patch 0.1.1. I have not yet reset to a new instance to confirm if it is a repeatable bug however this video shows that it is a possible scenario.

If no small soul core spawns then you cannot open the door by Alva and you cannot progress any further.

I also tested running through the zone with my loot filter turned off and it still was not there

Edit2:
Created a new instance, small soul core was found on the floor as expected. So it's not a consistent bug.
