[PS5] My item statuses no longer work

I'm a spark sorc and I ended up dying on a map in the atlas. When I got back to the city I noticed that the statuses of my equipment had no effect on the character. My wand has +4 to the level of all lightning spell skill gems. My gem is +16 and when I equip the wand no lightning gem goes to +20. The gem was at 20% quality and seems to have returned to its defaul state. Please fix this, I'm about to crash the game with almost 200 hours of play. I have videos and images of the BUG.

I'm Brazilian and my game is in pt-BR. But you can clearly see that my statuses are all bugged. Nothing has any effect on the character. I have 230 intelligence. So I can equip all my items. But they have no effect.

HELP???

I had the same issue, very buggy at the moment.

Load into a map and check your character sheet. Your character should update its stats when you're in a map.

At present to be safe, if you need to do a complete gear overhaul you should do it in a map.
