I dare you to

Roll a 1d7 dice (or use random.org to generate a number from 1 to 7)
Spoiler
1. Templar
2. Shadow
3. Marauder
4. Scion
5. Ranger
6. Duelist
7. Witch

Then, when 3.26 goes live, level the character that you randomly rolled until you get to normal lab, and do the lab. When you get to divine font, go for a random transfigured gem option. Now roll 1d3 or random.org to roll a number from 1 to 3.
1. Left
2. Middle
3. Right

Select the transfigured gem that you rolled and make a fully functional build with that gem at it's core with the character that you leveled. You are free to choose your ascendancy and items, but it must be a build that focuses on the transfigured gem that you got with the class you rolled.

Your objectives are:
Spoiler
1. Exarch
2. Eater
If you want more challenge:
3. Uber-Elder
4. Sirus
5. Maven

I'm not going to ask you to do Ubers or T17s because I understand it would be unreasonable if you got unlucky with your build combination. If you want to participate, feel free to reply with your PoB and progress / videos of boss kills later :)

This is very good idea. I am not good at build creation, but I will try this in 3.26

Is it necessary to use this gem as main source of damage? I think that using it as trigger for other ability such as ice spear with insane damage can be against the rules, so i want to know this for sure.

What is the league settings (hardcore, SSF, ruthless) for this challenge?

As for the gems, the build must feature the skill gem as the build enabling component. As for what I mean with that, say you got something like Bladefall of Impaling as Witch or Flame Dash of Return as Duelist. I think it's okay if your damage comes through with each cast of bladefall even if it's linked to something like cast on crit or cast when channeling with another spell. Basically, it's okay if the gem that you got is not the main source of damage in your build, But, it must be the build's engine so to speak. It must be something that is actively used to trigger your damage output. even if the gem does no meaningful damage on if's own.

Now as for the league, you are free to choose what you like best since with some combinations of skill gems and classes it would already be a challenge to build a character even in softcore trade. But SSF, either softcore or hardcore is welcome if you are confident.

I will also do this for 3.26 and post my PoB and build concept here, I hope there will be some people who want to try this, something like this could make the league unexpectedly fun in the long run. I did this a couple of leagues ago and I want to do it again, it's really fun when you manage to somehow make a car with sticks and threads :D

Thanks for answer. I think using gem from lab as a trigger is simple and boring in general. However there must be some interesting combinations and I want to find them if possible. Anyway, we can only wait for the new leauge. Hope it will start soon.

I agree with you about that of course, you're right. If you get a combination that is meta already it's super boring, but what if you end up getting something that can't really do much damage on it's own? Like Summon Chaos Golem of Hordes on Ranger, or Siege Ballista of Splintering on Templar? I mean, sure you can build it into impale or just stack attributes, but that's just as boring and probably not going to make a very fun build to play right? In that case I think having more freedom to find a fun interaction of gems or mechanics from some items to build around would be way more enjoyable. It's up to player how creative they will be with the challenge in any case if they want to attempt it, so I think more freedom would make more fun builds to observe. And yes, I also hope 3.26 is not too far in the future
