Post update issues

Anyone else getting the "Do not have the required quest state" after beginning Act 2 post update? Also I am on Ps5 and have zero loot filters on and played the manor ramparts, manor, and count and received absolutely zero loot and zero uncut skill gems etc. absolutely NOTHING is dropping.

Anyone else having this issue? This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Found a fix or a workaround really.

Have a friend port to you in act 1 and talk to the count to bring them to act two, then kill rathbreaker, once complete talk to zarka and you'll get on the caravan and after talking to Arsala it completes all quest.
