T17 maps are aids

boss fights are just terrible. so much going on and too much damage. no time to determine what's happening and actually be able to learn anything. I mean if I played a meta build that can ignore most mechanics I guess then it's "fun?"



With all the bugs I see in this game who is to know if these fights are really even working properly to begin with.



T17's are a gap filler between T16's/Pinnacle bosses and Uber Pinnacle bosses? Where is the gap filler between T16's/Pinnacle bosses and T17's because going from T16's to 17's isn't comparable in any way. I can smoke a T16 all day long with crazy mods and then T17 bosses are stupidly over tuned. I can't even imagine a way to improve my character to make them doable. Let along going for Uber Pinnacle bosses

T17 bosses are a good summary of everything wrong with modern POE boss design:

- dark room
- dark boss
- dark shaded deadly boss effects

for example, dark red deadly boss beams on a dark red/brown tileset floor

- massive constant area denial
- absurdly punishing for close bonk "true melee" builds like dual strike or boneshatter
- extremely favored towards spell suppression, as usual
