Traded 2 Divine orbs to Alva for Exhalted orbs. It said the orders are completed but I did not get my exhalted orbs. Help!!!

I tried to exchange more currency with Alva, I lost my trade currency and I did not get anything back as well. Such as Vaal to exhalted.
