Bug in secrets of the dark quest

Hello i cant progress at all right now with my character cause in the quest Secrets Of the dark on the last obelisk u are supposed to kill a boss, I killed him with my poison while i was dead and now i cant press the obelisk. What am i supposed to do ? I have tried to relog, Die, Travel to town etc nothing works cause u need to press the obelisk to get the "Rune of power" but i cant press it and the boss dont respawn

After a couple of reset of the dungeon and relogs the runed skillcap just spawned
