Cannot open web browser due to account restrictions

Please be so kind and advise with this issue. It would seem that you have some kind of a sync problem. Cause I do have my previous POE1 characters on the account. The ones from POE2 are visible in my account. However I am treated as I had not bought the game.

We do realize that this is an early acces game, and you have ton of work.
However being blocked from the trade site means that we are LOSING TONS OF OPPORTUNITIES TO EARN CURRENCY !
And when you finally will adress the issue, the gear that we could sell for example for 10 Divine orbs will be worth 1 Scroll of identification

Please adivse when the issue will be fixed, and if and how we willl be compensated for this huge mistreatement

I have the same issue. i have even logged into poe1 and i get the same issue trying to open trade site on there. i have been exchanging emails with support about this but just keep getting past from person to person not actually getting any help. even when i try to do the link for the loot filter to open the forum i gat the same message. and if i go on the trade site via my pc there is no option to view the poe2 trades only poe 1.

With regards to the link to the Loot Filter
You can add it via your mobile device or pc on the site and it will sync with the xbox / ps5 account - even if you have the same msg with regards to opening the Loot Filter site via console. I had done it and this works.
The trade site on the other side does not want to cooperate -_-

Frustrated beyond right now

Like I do get it. They have ton of work and from what I saw GGG had started to hire more and more support staff. However this really feels like the console players (at least the ones with this issue) are being treated not so good. Especially that from what I've scrolled reddid and POE forums, this issue had been adressed by the community almost at the start of EA
