Premium Stash Tab Upgrade Didnt Work...

I just purchased the "Upgrade to Premium Stash Tab" option in the MTX shop 4 times to upgrade some of my existing tabs and nothing happened.
None of my tabs got upgraded.

I searched for an item as well, figured maybe I need to choose which ones I want upgraded, but nope, there's nothing to be found in my inventory or anywhere.

Anyone know what's up?

My assumption was that it's going to upgrade them automatically, but now I'm out some coins with no upgraded tabs...

Looks like the tabs finally upgraded after a good 30 minute delay....
